Step 1: Get DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)

  • Required for online filing
  • All directors must have DSC

Step 2: Apply for DIN (Director Identification Number)

There is no need to perform this step separately because at the time of approval of spice forms MCA will also provide DIN to each proposed Director along with certificate of Incorporation

Step 3: Name Approval (RUN / SPICe+ Part A)

  • Choose a unique company name (name should not be copied otherwise name will not approve and application will be rejected by MCA)
  • Check availability on MCA portal and trademark portal
  • RS 1000 is cost of name application and we can propose 2 names at one time. (If name is rejected by MCA then we will get one more chance to reapply with same fees)

Step 4: File SPICe+ Form (Company Incorporation)

This is the main step, includes:

  • Company incorporation
  • PAN & TAN
  • EPFO & ESIC registration
  • Bank account opening

 Step 5: Certificate of Incorporation (COI)

  • Issued by Registrar of Companies (ROC)
  • Your company is now legally registered
